Important Warranty Information |

Audience response keypads and receivers offered by CP Wireless are tested, re-conditioned and tuned to original factory specifications as needed. Keypads and receivers have a 30-day limited warranty (except batteries) and will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of CP Wireless. If a keypad or base station, receiver or keypad is no longer in production or not in current inventory, CP Wireless may substitute another model with similar specifications with a different appearance. In the event there is no replacement available, either the same or similar model, CP Wireless may refund price paid for the single non-working item. Allow up to 30 days for any repair or replacement. If it is determined by CP Wireless, in its sole opinion, that an item has been damaged, used not in accordance with its original purpose or stored under adverse conditions, this warranty becomes null and void. This warranty is for the original purchaser only and a copy of the original invoice must accompany any claim. |
